Develop & Manage Industry Alliances
L5 is responsible for the formulation and development of the Supplier Excellence Alliance, the only aerospace, defense, and space prime contractor alliance for the development of supply chains across the entire industry. L5 manages this alliance, provides administration, management, business development, government contracting, and materials development for the alliance.
Implementation of High Performance Organizational Systems
L5 has been developed through its involvement with the Baldrige program, through years of best practice benchmarking, and through years of real-life experience documented through numerous case studies.
Government Funding
L5 has developed hundreds of millions in state and federal funding. This funding has made it possible for small and mid-size business to participate in the renewal of their operations.
