Paul Roelofs
Executive Director, Northern California
Paul Roelofs oversees the operation of the Northern California office of L5. Roelofs has held executive management positions with the Walt Disney Company’s educational and telecommunications division, served as CEO of the U.S. Learning Corporation, and Managing Partner of Pacific Management Resources. He has directed the development and worldwide marketing of high-quality, comprehensive, ready-to-implement training systems, as well as custom-designed training programs for individual client organizations.
Over the past 25 years, Paul Roelofs has helped organizations achieve dramatic improvements in customer satisfaction and company performance. He has personally structured in-house training functions for numerous companies, including Lands’ End and Hospital Corporation of America.
