L5 develops supplier capabilities through its proprietary Lean Enterprise System (LES). LES is a dynamic business system that produces measurable results and cost savings through the application of lean production principles, process improvement, and quality tools. L5 leverages state-of-the art consulting, training, project management and funding development services to implement the Lean Enterprise System.
Consulting & Training
We have over 400 certified L5 consulting experts and training facilitators with industry-specific experience to support the implementation of the Lean Enterprise System and related workforce development initiatives.
Project Management
L5 provides services for assessment, planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of performance improvement and workforce development initiatives.
Supplier Development
Our goal is to improve supplier capabilities, performance, and competitiveness by providing performance improvement resources.
Funding
We provide access to funding from state and federal sources to offset the costs of implementing process improvement, a lean business system, Six Sigma and quality systems.
Association Management
L5 establishes, develops and manages industry associations and alliances to help accelerate supply chain performance improvement. |
